Opening of New Avalon:IC and OOC

Good day folks, and to start things up for the newest members I'd like to open up with this.

Avalon was set to ruins by the one known as Kator, a vampiric overlord whom took control and laid waste to the realm for his own selfish gain. Since, the realm was left to ruin, people to squabble for their own means, and the magic of the realm had dimmed to a lesser strength.

With the return of the former empress, she has gathered a good number of people from the realm itself to help restore what was once a glorious kingdom under her rule, and of which, she has chosen her king, Damian, to rule beside her.

What is not known of Damian, is that he is a shape shifter, and not of royal blood, but because of Esmeradins choice to resign her position in order to wed, she decided to create a parliament to help rule, instead of letting a single head make all the choices. In doing so, she has created a democratic rule, with only the figure heads of Damian and Esmeradin's own standing, to act as final say within means.

New Avalon, will rise from the ashes of the former glory of Avalon, and build to something greater than any had ever witnessed before.

Now, for those that wish to submit to become part of the parliament(moderators team) please do post a cis, and get in touch with me at the palace. I will open a thread there for choosing the parliament members and leave it open for new members to view in the future if one falls inactive.
